Greetings, I know some very smart people can point me in the right
direction.

I have one SANM policy and one instance of AlarmNotifier running on a
Windows server, Spectrum 9.1.

Most of my alerts come across as emails without an issue. Recently I
have had several windows servers go down, "Device Down" critical without
an email.

Mu policy is simple, Only critical for severity, only device down, and
only host type devices. Where do I begin to figure out why some emails
are never sent but should be?

Log files, debug modes, fault isolation steps for SANM policy?
