Dear Keith & List: I have a similar case like this, few years ago; I had this alarm permanently in Alarm Manager (back in the days of 7.1) and there was no way to clear it. Then, I opened a case with CA and the solution they gave me was to stop and restart the SS, only, if the condition that triggered the alarm in the first place was no longer present; in this way, the alarm will become stale and susceptible of being cleared. Read below in double quotes "" the reply from CA at that time.
"Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this ticket You may try restarting the SpectroServer. This will reevaluate the alarm and cause it to be stale and therefore you may be able to clear it then. Let me know if you can try this and if it works Thank you" Hope it helps Eng.
