I just looked this morning and now there is a Directory on the FTP site called Spectrum_09.01.01.H08 <ftp://ftp.aprisma.com/nms_pub/.updates/Spectrum_09.01.01.H08/> The creation date was this morning at 9:15AM, but I do not see a HF7 on either site.

Answer is easy - it's the official 9.x download accessible via download section on support.concord.com now. ReleaseNotes say they're from July 6th. I asked CA if that release is H07 or something "special" (e.g. H06-2). Answer was "that'S H07".
