Well, the directory seems to be empty, but it is not. The reason is that
you're not allowed to read the content:
drwx-wx--x 2 ftpgroup 512 Sep 1 09:15 Spectrum_09.01.01.H08
^
However you're allowed to chdir into and execute commands, hence one can
download files if they're readable.
