Hi, I have installed Spectrum 9.0 with BOXI R2 on a new server in our environment and placed the old 8.1 DDmdb database into the 9.0 install directory to be upgraded when I installed 9.0.
After this completed I check and all my old event data can be seen in Spectrum OneClick through the Events tab. I am having a problem seeing this old data in Report Manager because under Archive Export it only shows "History (Days)" going back 4 days which is when I install SRM but my DDmdb goes back 90 days. I have run the "RpmgrIntializeLandscape <user> <password> -initHist 90" in 8.1 when moving a database between two servers and this worked to make the "History (Days)" change to 90 days but this isn't working for me in 9.0 with BOXI R2. Is there a step I am missing to get this working, maybe rerun the BOIX intergration or restart some SQL process?
