Hi Everyone, WE have some Service Availability tests (http, sql, tcpconnect) running from eHealth that report and alarm on the Service status of the particular app. We have setup event admin models in SPECTRUM with the name of the SA test as the name of the event admin model and have mapped the traps accordingly but when an SA alarm is raised on eHealth the alarm in Spectrum is shown as an alarm on the SA Server as opposed to the alarm that should be associated with the EventAdmin model.
Simply put the EventAdmin models do not catch any alarms...they just well sit there... --- To unsubscribe from spectrum, send email to [email protected] with the body: unsubscribe spectrum [email protected]
