Ok, I have posted the question before, read the docs, but still must be missing something. Does anyone have the procedures to take a SNMP raw trap that is seen by Spectrum but does not have any event code or alarm mappings? I must be missing some simple steps in the process. I really appreciate any help in this. TIA
