Have a problem in a test environment only
Version 9.1.0.005
License Expiration Date: 12/31/2017
Validating and loading SPECTRUM Intelligence Modules.
All SPECTRUM Intelligence Modules successfully loaded.
Database already locked by: specadmin,
by process: /usr/SPECTRUM/SS/SpectroSERVER,
by process ID: 2818,
on network node: fred-ss1,
which started at: 02/22/2006_05:51:45.
Could not open the database. VNM exiting.
Landscape not initialized. VNM exiting.
PID 2818 is no longer running..
So the question is how to fix, is this a corruption in the database?
