I need ur suggestion ASAP please

Yesterday ,I have migrated spectrum 8.1 H17 to 9.0 and after that i am not able to receive scheduled reports from report manager and i am getting error in report manager web console:

Unable to send the generated report via email. Have an Administrator verify
that the mailhost system is accessible by the BOXI system.

please suggest as server is in production.We have standalone environment i.e spectrum and BOXI are installed in same box and we are able to receive alerts thru email.


Have you configured (in Oneclick Administration tab) the mail host ? Check that field, by default it's 'mailhost', and change it to the real mail server.
