Hi Cristi, I'm not sure if you have had your question answered yet. But our experience with Report Manager (SRM) upgrade from 8.1 ro 9.0 entailed a boxi upgrade. During this upgrade we discovered that some of the canned reports we were utilizing in 8.1, no longer existed in 9.0. Have you checked to make sure that the report that is scheduled is still in the 9.0 inventory? Can you run the report manually?

Have you configured (in Oneclick Administration tab) the mail host ? Check that field, by default it's 'mailhost', and change it to the real mail server.
