Need your valuable input for following scenario:
I have spectrum 9.1 installed on Win 2k3. We have CRM SAP in place &
spectrum needs to get integrated with SAP CRM. Since CRM has got all the
devices/links for customers with their defined SLA.
Now Spectrum'll be monitoring customer network & alert to CRM. Now i
need you help in terms how & what are the formats spectrum can send
alarms to CRM or any third-party application. Please help us if you have
experienced such requirements before.
