Try just "xyz" or "ALL|xyz" (depending on what you want to achive). ADMIN is special and it does not need to be specified on a model, as the user with ADMIN can see everything. Best practice is to set the security string on topology containers, so it is inherited by the models. If you have done it this way - are these models in a topology view (sometimes models exist only in a GC)? Another thing to check - on which models/types do you see this?
