I am using the SDManager on Spectrum 8.1 H17, it forwards traps it receives from port 162 and sends it to the SpectroServer over port 4748 to process the traps.
This is the information from the manual and I verified the ports by looking in the .vnmrc file on the server at the line brass_trap_port=4748.
