By default, Cisco routers and switches will emit CDP out all interfaces, though recommended practice is to turn it down on interfaces that support the edge (either non-trunk ports on access switches or ports on routers where a hand-off is performed (such as to a vendor, WAN/Internet provider, VPN or extranet).
