You can also try to add  the tftp source interface (Spectrum Managed address)  
command  on the router.

You will have to change the timeout value if you have slow connectivity or very 
large config-files..

I had to reinstall my Spectrum environment, so I took advantage of that to 
installed Spectrum 9.0.

After, I had installed Spectrum on Solaris, I procceded to install a TFTP 
server and probe it. The TFTP server works very fine and when I rediscover some 
Cisco and Enterasys devices I tried to probe the Spectrum Configuration Manager 
in order to capture the device confguration, it worked very fine for so little 
devices and the majority of them failed and display the below error message:

I belive that the TFTP server is not the problem because I could capture some 
Cisco and Enterasys devices configuration, and the SNMP configuration in the 
device is not the problem too, because of it was working before I reinstalled 
Spectrum.

Anyone that has a suggestion how to fix that issue, will be very appreciated.
