Hi, I had the same issue & went through following steps to resolve the issue: 1. If SNMP RW is configured on the devices & ACL includes the IP of our spectroserver & firewall. ( Since our sprectrum runs behind firewall.) 2. If tftp port (69) is open on firewall.
