Hi Spectrum Group, I want to know if there is a way to block a specific alarm using the Alarm ID "AlarmID:125717" or probable cause ID "ProbableCauseID: d01a3" for a some devices which are generating a bunch of alarms related with Spanning Tree that are very fastidious and not relevant?
I find a way in OneClick Customization options but it only suprress that the alarm was displayed to me. The alarm was generated in a continious on and sent by AlarmNotifier to troubleshoters and the others OneClick clients, so I need a way to supress the alarm generation in the SPECTROServer and blocked it. If anyone has a suggestion how to do, suggestion are welcome.
