We have spectrum 9.1 installed on win 2003. We have been monitoring customer
routers & servers at remote locations.
There is a big issue here as when the
link goes down we get device has stopped responding to polls for all servers
which is not genuine to the customer. Ideally when the link for the router
connecting to the server goes down it should
suppress all the servers to send those alarms.i.e there should be only
an alarm on upstream device & remaining downstream devices should be
suppressed state.
Let us know how do we approach to rectify the issue.
