Hello list, With CA World coming up in a little over a week, I just wanted to send out a message with a community update and requesting your input on subjects to discuss with CA on behalf of the community. For those of you who use the CA Forums, you may have already noticed the announcement there that some work is being done on those forums. Actually the forum work is just a small part of a larger update. During the weekend before CA World, a new CA community website will be launched. It promises to be a greatly improved experience based on the latest technology and with many new features. The first step was taken a few days ago to work on a unified login across the different sections. To prepare for the launch of the new site, tomorrow the User Group membership will be frozen and the forums will go into read-only mode. The official announcement can be read here: http://www.ca.com/us/content/campaign.aspx?cid=233553 The new community website launch will take place during an event in the weekend before CA World, known as CA RE (CA Regional Exchange) where the community leaders from all of the CA User Communities get together. All members of the eHealth/Spectrum team will also be present there. During that time we will have a specific session with senior members from CA Development for eHealth and Spectrum to discuss any issues. For that session we would like your input: We would like to hear what you want us to discuss with CA. Keep in mind that this session is meant to address issues that concern the user community as a whole and not specific customer issues. Subjects could include for example the quality of support, how tickets and feature requests are handled or the quality and/or quantity of feedback or mailings from CA. Of course positive feedback is also welcome! If you have any suggestions, please send them to me by email. Finally for those who will be at CA World, I hope you have a great experience and hope to meet you there. We will have a User Group session on Tuesday the 18th at 5pm, before the event night.
