Spectrum 8.1 H12 on Windows 2003

We have a single Spectrum server monitoring several customers through Secure
Domain Manager. Every so often, the ICMP Proxy service hangs, which
prevents us from pinging any device being monitored in a Secure Domain.
Looking into it a little deeper, when it happened this weekend, the service
was using over 2GB of memory on the server. Is there a way to limit the
amount of memory that the process can use, or is it just something that I
need to have a scheduled recycle of the process to alleviate the memory
usage?
