We are about to begin building out services in Service Manager. Is anyone using Service Manager? Is anyone willing to describe how they've implemented Service Manager? Is anyone willing to share what they've learned (the good and the bad)? How are you using the Service Dashboard (e.g. Senior Management, Customers, etc.)? Has anyone noticed significant differences in creating services in Spectrum 8.1 vs. Spectrum 9.x? Has anyone run into any Service Manager problems when upgrading from Spectrum 8.1 to Spectrum 9.x?
