Hi We have an active active Fault tolerant Spectrum 8.1 environment We run SSLOGGER on both sides and use it for a ver fast rate of polling of a number of models - around 3,500 ports pulling around 10 attributes every 60 seconds
Doing some fail over testing I've noticed that there is a variation in the way the SSLOGGER fails over from using the primary SpectroSERVER to the secondary SpectroSERVER Some times the fail over takes around 3 minutes - which is fine - so we have a gap of 3 minutes in the polled data At other times is can be as long as 10 to 15 minutes which is getting to be a bit of a problem. Generally not a major issue but not sure how to get a consistent level of failover.
