Hi Subhash, list, there is an option (attribute setting) visible in OneClick just above the device model's process table, that is named similar to "Watch for new processes every N seconds". By default it reads 86400, which is one day. Although the polling cycle does not necessarily matches the server/process restart, it might be worth to look at. Customer is taking restart every day for few servers & the critical alarm generate for process is not getting cleared, next day when they again restart server the process ID showing different. That means every time this process is capturing new process ID & because of this alarms are not getting cleared from Spectrum.
