Hi List, We would like to upgrade Spectrum 9.1.2 to Spectrum 9.2. We have installed SpectroSERVER in one server and OneClick + Reporting Manager in another server. After upgrading Spectrum 9.1.2 to Spectrum 9.2, to use InfoView we also need to upgrade BOXI R2 to BOXI R3. We are in the plan to install BOXI R3 on the same machine where the BOXI r2 is installed. But before proceeding with BOXI R3 installation, I have below queries.
1. What are the steps for taking backup and restoring DB of BOXI R2 (SRM DB). 2. After upgrade process, will BOXI R3 automatically load data from BOXI R2 (like Scheduled reports, User accounts and etc.) Can anyone help me on these things? Thank you. Regards Rajashekar.
