I have several groups setup to assign roles to particular users.  I am having 
some trouble with one user in particular.  I have deleted and re-created his 
account, but he still does not appear to be obtaining the privileges that 
everyone else in the group has.  Specifically, he does not have access to the 
SNMPv3 community drop-down menu when v3 is selected.  Other users in the same 
group see the 4 v3 profiles that should be available to him.  I have had him 
wipe the java files using his control panel and re-download the client, but 
that has not fixed the issue either (it did for another user however).

What kind of curse is on him?  Should I be looking at his PC or Spectrum?  His 
account works fine from my PC, and he can't access the menu using a test 
account in the same group.  That appears to nail it down to his PC.  Where 
would the client (and why would it) store his permissions?
