Hi Madan, Details about the link issue.
I installed spectrum 9.2 version for monitoring Cisco6524-ME switches, to which WAN links are terminated. My connectivity is Cisco6524-ME switch ----> L2 Switch -----> L2 Switch -----> Mux---> WAN Link WAN Link-----> Mux---->L2 Switch -----> L2 Switch ----> Cisco6524-ME switch Iam monitoring Both Cisco6524-ME switches in spectrum and the link between them. If i disconnect the cable at the Cisco6524-ME switch or immediate L2 switch, iam getting Bad Link Trap. but if i disconnect the cable from Mux or other L2 switch, no alarm is generated, since the ethernet interface Ifoper status is still up. please provide me the solution how to achieve this. Also Note : There are multiple links associated with the Cisco6524-ME switch.
