Forgot to mention one CRITICAL thing:

This approach will not work on Spectrum 9.2 to 9.2 H04 because of a bug in 
Spectrum. It will work on 9.2 SP1. I am not sure whether the bug affected any 
previous versions of Spectrum.

Mark,

Instead of push from Spectrum using synchronized discovery, you can try a pull 
from eHealth remote poller, to respective spectrum server using nhDiscover 
command with -spectrum option and put it as a scheduled job in eHealth.

I have not tried that approach from a remote poller, however I do not see any 
reason why it would not work (as long as you have nhSpectrumSetup available on 
remote poller).

Hi list,

Our CA topology is:
1 eHealth central site
3 eHealth remote pollers (US, Europe, AsiaPac)
3 Spectrum OneClick servers (US, Europe, AsiaPac)
6 SpectroServers (2 US, 2 Europe, 2 AsiaPac, including 1 FT in each location)

Our intention is to integrate each local Spectrum OneClick server with each 
local eHealth Remote Poller.
However, page 33 of the CA eHealth Performance Manager and CA Spectrum 
Infrastructure Manager Integration and User Guide states:

Note: Synchronized discovery is not supported on remote pollers.

Is it therefore true that integration is otherwise supported, but only 
Synchronized discovery feature is not supported on remote pollers ?
Or are there other considerations in this topology ?
Has anyone else run into this, and if so, how did you proceed ?

Question is open to CA support, but I welcome forum responses.
