Kavi, Events are cached in a queue, with Archive Manager consuming events from this. If you have an ArchMgr running on the secondary, it will remove events from this queue. When the primary comes up, it will find no events to queue, so will start consuming from the primary.
Also causes issues when there are two ArchMgrs started as the secondary will connect to the primary - luck determines which ArchMgr will get each event. There isn't a sync between the ArchMgrs other than the DDM backup (primary copied to secondary).
