"What will happen if the archive manager is running on the secondary when the primary is down" - When Archive manager of primary server is started followed by Spectroserver comes all the events collected on the secondary server will not be synchronized back to the primary. I have not sure whether the SRM on Oneclick will have the events for reporting.
