Hi, I recently added some new alarms to create tickets in Service Desk, and i removed some alarms in spectrum one click SD configuration page.
The new alarms which i added are raising tickets, whereas the alarms which i removed is also raising tickets. Had any one faced this issue. If so please let me know how to overcome this.
