no, but you can clear the alarm via create event with it clearevent id e.g. 
delete pcause alarm 1040a:

create event type=0x10d2a text=delete mh=$ModH|lh=$LanH

Hi,
If the "user clearable" option of an alarm is "No" and i change it to "Yes". 
Does the made changes affect the already generated alarm. I mean the if i can 
clear the already generated alarm?
