I would like to set up email alerts for WAN devices when the utilization goes over 80% for more than 15 minutes. We do not have access to the router that I want to set up the alert for. But, I have it modeled by ping. Has anyone set these alerts up before? Would I do it in SPM? We have some set up there, but not anything like this.
