Just read an norwegian news article about a new world record in Hungary.
Apparently it broke the old record set in 1982 by 5 seconds. They are
obviously not up to speed on the recent development in the cubing
society.

Broke the Rubik record.

Hungarian Prodanov Mitk (19) broke the world record of solving the
Rubiks cube Sunday, with a time of 18,5 seconds.

This is 5,5 seconds faster than the previous record, set in 1982 - when
there was a world wide Rubik "fever".

The new record was set in Budapest.
