The one where six corners were correctly oriented, right? Depends on 
your method, I'd say. If for example you use my method then unless 
those pieces were correctly placed as well, I think it shouldn't be 
considered lucky. If however your method involves first orienting all 
pieces (particularly the corners) then the rules are made for you and 
thus it's a lucky case which you shouldn't post.

Similarly in speedcubing, what if you're a Fridrich solver and the 
cross is already solved after scrambling? Definitely lucky. The same 
cube, for a pure corners-first solver? Probably not lucky (at least 
not because of the solved cross). It always depends on your method, 
and also the actual solve in case you have choices. Blindsolving 3x3 
for example does not offer many choices, you almost "read" the 
solution deterministically, and even the choices you make usually 
don't change the difficulty of the solve much. In speedsolving this is 
more important, since already for example how you build the cross has 
large effects on the rest of the solve.
