Bah, that's so wrong.

How about I tell the scrambler when I begin PLL, and he tells me the 
first few moves for next cube? There should be no help at all, the 
cubes should be as random as possible.

But if the majority or the deciders decide that it should be allowed, 
I will accept it even though I don't like it. But it should be made 
clear that it's allowed, so that everybody knows and a meaningful 
comparison is possible.
