At the Swedish Cube Day 2005
(http://www.speedcubing.com/events/swedishcubeday2005.html), the
orientation of the cube was scrambled (using a dice) in the no-
inspection event. It should be easy to include cube orientation
scrambling into the official scrambling programme.
