Well, considering the 15 second inspection time, that you don't use, but he (technically) does, so he takes...2 mins 25 seconds, meaning you still take less time.
I say you are faster...because studying for 2 minutes isn't that smart, and you'd never get the time to do that...and what can you look at for 2 minutes??? Even the best blindfolders don't take that long...
