Apologies if you have already checked with your service provider, but here in the UK DSL is based on a certain contention ratio (enforced at the DSLAM I believe, from 50:1 for 'home' to 20:1 for 'business'). If you're going to be using 90% of your (potential) throughput you may find you're bitten by an ISP-imposed DSL contention, which you probably don't have on your existing T1 lines. All the best, Tim.
