COPY mgmt.o to /usr/share/speedtouch/ (it doesn't need compiling, it is
already binary)

Check /usr/share/speedtouch/speedtouch.sh is using "mgmt.o".

Run draknet if you have not already done so.

Try running:
/usr/share/speedtouch/speedtouch.sh start
