Firmaware / bootloader is no more include in alcaudsl.sys starting at driver
3 version.
firmware.bin is one of the firmware (found in a apple version driver)
working with Rev 0.00,0.01 and 2.00 but not with Rev 4.00 where one ZZZ
firmware work.

d) solution is a nonsense as you can use the one_file version.
