Ah - I thought that the whole firmware loading etc was handled by hotplug, and was dependent on actually being unplugged from the machine (which it wasn't). They say there is no limit on connection time, so I'm back to being baffled. :( > PS: Any progress on the multilink stuff? I keep planning to fiddle around with the config file to check it's not my pppd options. Does anyone else on the list have an options file with working multilink?
