[speedtouch] Hi, was wondering if you could help

[Hewitt, John [NCSGB Non J&J]]

It had loded the firmware, found the mode.  I go through the config wizard
to connect to the Internet, VCI 38, username etc.  But it comes back saying
"It appears you are not connected to the Internet"  Any ideas, thanx.
