Hi,
I am a newbie to linux, and have installed FC4 on my P-III computer with 445
Mhz processor on a dedicated hard drive.
Now, I am trying to get my internet connection working. I have exactly
followed the linux for fedora on linux-usb.org . downloaded the firmware and
used firmware extractor to place the .bin files are in the specific
directories, edited the ifcfg-ppp0, and rebooted. Upon rebooting, at
initialisation of PPP0, it tried for the desired time and then gave failed
status. I am pasting parts of log file that might give some clue, as the
complete file is a huge text matter: Please advice how I can resolve this.
Thanks-a-ton in advance.
Regards,
Ash.
