Did you install libatm and gcc ?? or are they already installed ?? check synaptic.. Also, did the firmware unzip properly (note your modem version) ?? Check AGAIN your VP and VC with your provider and substitute their values correctly as well as your username and password and they are correctly placed in chap and/or pap secrets
