I don't know what could be the difference between RFC-1483 Routed Bridge
with all paquets forwarded at IP layer and the well know routed ip mode
based on atmarp/atmarpd some of us already use.
I mostly suppose RBE in fact is the same as 'routed ip' but it is only a
commercial vocabulary 'enhancement'.
