Hi,

I have been working on a Debain Package for USB ADSL Modems,

I have a Ubuntu Project (lauchpad) at
https://launchpad.net/usb-adsl-modem-manager

You can read about my Package Here
http://www.squeezedonkey.com/wiki/linux/index.php

You can Try it out with these Instructions
http://www.squeezedonkey.com/wiki/linux/index.php?title=How_to_Try_it
Or download it directly
http://www.squeezedonkey.com/svn/linux/trunk/releases/

The package works on Xubuntu, Ubuntu : versions 6.06 6.10 7.04 (also
works off a live Cd if you don't have Ubuntu Installed)
The Current Supported Modems are : Speedtouch 330 - versions 0 - 4
Unfortunately I only support pppoa (so if you have a pppoe - it wont work
(yet))
It's currently in English and Turkish

Please Try it, and send me any feedback

And if you feel helpful, you could
: do a Translation file for me
http://www.squeezedonkey.com/wiki/linux/index.php?title=Instructions_Here
: offer to be a tester so I can get pppoe support working

I am trying to get a spot on a proper repository so it will Auto Update Via
the Apt-get Manager built into Ubuntu, but I want to get nearer to
completion before that

Thanks for reading this Mail

Steven Harper
