Roberto's problem is that he doesn't have source documents with every Sphinx/RST feature in them. So each time he uses source from a project, someone on that project has to manually proof read the output looking for issues, and that still doesn't mean that all functionality is rendered correctly. As an example when he was working with APSW doc there were several new previously untested constructs that had to be fixed, and not doubt there are others out there.
