A bit, yes, but actually the Python docs exercise much more.
There is also the documentation "project" in the test suite
(under tests/root), which should exercise more markup.

Agreed.  Starting from the test suite, it should be easy to add
more stuff as you go; I would be *very* grateful for that.

Of course this only tests if the markup can be translated without
errors.  Correctness testing must be done manually comparing bits
of the output, which the test suite currently only does for a few
snippets in the HTML translation.
