I am not sure I understand. rst2pdf is doing what you want, but you don't want
the warning? That warning only appears if you have no "width" argument.
If you use the image's width in pixels, this should go away. So, if the image
is 800 pixels wide, using :width: 800px should get rid of the warning and do
nothing.
