    Hi,

Just wondering where I would need to insert code so that I can
include
images in directives like Attention and Warning. At the moment you
just get the Title and contents, I want to put an image next to
the
    title.

The easiest way is to do it in custom CSS. The admonitions (like
Attention and Warning) all have easy to use CSS class names and you
use whatever CSS method you prefer.

This came up just recently on the list, so it may be a good recipe to
write down somewhere. Also, I'm wondering if Georg Brandl would accept
adding a (equitably licensed) set of icons into the CSS for the
default theme.
